A candidate must possess an MBBS degree for MD/MS/DM-6yrs/MCH-6yrs of a University recognized by the National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India) and BDS degree for MDS courses of a University recognized by the Dental Council of India and must have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training. A candidate may be eligible for PG medical admission into any INIs or only at some specific INI depending upon fulfillment of eligibility criteria applicable to respective INIs.

Candidates are required to complete the following steps for registration:


Basic Registration: Eligible candidates should fill in necessary personal information and upload images to the examination portal.

Generation of Unique Code: After successful basic registration, candidates should generate unique code for further process.

Final Registration: After the code is generated, candidates should proceed for applying for INI-CET at the Final Registration page. A valid registration ID, password, and Code (RUC) are required to be able to log in for completion of the application form.
