Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences has released a notification regarding Phase-3 of Web counselling to fill up the vacant Competent Authority Quota Seats i.e. Unfilled/Not Joined vacant seats after Phase-2 of Web Counselling, Seats reverted from MCC and the vacancies that may arise due to sliding of candidates during Phase-2 Counselling.
As per the official notification, the schedule for Phase-3 Web counselling for PG medical admissions in medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh is as follows:
The date for exercising Web Options started from 5:00 PM of 21 July 2020. The last date to save the filled options is 10:00 AM of 23 July 2020.
All the candidates whose names are displayed in the Merit list are eligible to exercise Phase-3 Web Options. However, the candidates who have already taken PG medical admission through AIQ/Deemed/Central University are not eligible to exercise Web Options.
Those candidates who were allotted PG medical seat in the Phase-2 and joined/not reported are not eligible to exercise web options in this round. The ccandidates who have exercised options, allotted a seat and joined the course in this Phase-3 are not permitted to leave the seat. In case any candidate withdraws from the joined PG medical seat, the candidate shall be debarred for a period of 3 years for PG medical admission in medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh besides payment of Rs. 3 lakhs + 18% GST (i.e., Rs.3,54,000/-). The candidates who have joined either in earlier Phases of counselling or in this Phase-3 should not withdraw from the seat.
If any candidate who has been allotted PG medical seat but not reported in this Phase-3 will not be permitted to participate in the mop-up round. The candidates who were already admitted in any medical college are also not eligible to participate in the mop-up round. The candidates who secured PG medical admission in the Phase-1 or Phase-2 and wish to change their college/course according to their merit, can also exercise their web options.
The candidates who will be allotted PG medical seat in any medical college in Andhra Pradesh and joined, slided to another medical college in Andhra Pradesh in this Phase-3 counselling should submit the tuition fee receipt along with relief letter issued by the earlier medical college through e-mail for PG medical admission at the newly allotted medical college. The earlier medical college where the candidate initially taken admission will transfer the tuition fee, etc. to newly allotted medical college in Andhra Pradesh.
The candidates who will be allotted PG medical seat in Phase-3 can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University fee of Rs. 23,500 through Payment Gateway and report to the Principal of the allotted medical college on or before the last date specified in the allotment order filing which the PG medical admission is deemed to be cancelled.
