Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the schedule of Odisha spot round Counselling for admissions to vacant seats of MBBS/BDS courses. The counselling is scheduled to be held at OJEE CELL, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on 19.01.2021 and 20.01.2021.
The counselling for all eligible PC, ST, SC, ES and General candidates holding rank 1 to 1300 are required to report at the venue on 19.01.2021 from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM whereas all General candidates holding rank 1301 to the last rank are required to reach at the venue on 20.01.2021 from 10:00 AM to 04: 00 PM. All eligible NRI candidates are expected on the same day from 04:00 PM to 05: 00 PM.
All candidates listed in the state merit exam are eligible to participate in the counselling for MBBS admission and BDS admission. The fee structure for Government institutions is Rs. 30,000/- per annum and for Private Institutions is Rs. 5,50,000 - Rs. 6,50,000 per annum for MBBS courses and Rs. 30,000/- for Government Institutions and Rs. 3,00,000 per annum for Private Institutions for BDS courses.
Interested candidates willing to participate in the counselling will have to be present on the venue as per the scheduled time and rank. Only one guardian will be allowed to enter in the venue with the candidate. Provisional admission will be don on the spot during the counselling. Candidates are supposed to carry with them all the original and photocopies of their testimonials including ID Proof, Study Certificates, Marksheets, Nativity Certificate, Transfer Certificate along with admission fees in shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of 'OJEE' failing which an eligible candidate can lose the candidature and seat will be passed on to the next candidate on merit.
